Good ride near yeshwantpur, malleshwaram and Mahalakshmi Layout. Was planning to do 10km but during cycling decided to do 15km. Purchased grapes on the way.
5 km run today in ambedkar Stadium. Running in a 400m loop is you get personal best. 1mile personal best for me.
5 km walk today. It was good to just walk when you are tired to do other workout.
Went to cubbon for run. Decent run of 8.6km. Post run I tried Jamun pomegranate Amla bitter gourd juice. Took some pictures near Vidhan Soudha
