5 km run today in ambedkar Stadium. Running in a 400m loop is you get personal best. 1mile personal best for me.

5 km walk today. It was good to just walk when you are tired to do other workout.

Went to cubbon for run. Decent run of 8.6km. Post run I tried Jamun pomegranate Amla bitter gourd juice.

Simple walk of 2 km and 500 m swim. The pool was crowded.
My weight was 98.5 kg today.

Cycled for 3.9 km. I could have done more. My weight is 97.9 kg.

After a long time I did swimming. It was a good session. My weight is 98.4kg. Worried because of the weight. I did my video log also today.

It was a decent run. I managed to complete the 10km run in 2 loops of sankey. The trick was I did some distance on the road which goes from sankey to cpri. It is fun to make different plans at runtime during the run.
Today was the 3rd consecutive day. I don’t know about tomorrow.

11 km run
It was a good run today. After the 11 km run I did 10 surya namaskar. I found Sankey loop is approximately 3.2 km. If I touch all the corners.
Today was the 2nd consecutive day of 10km or more distance run. It feel great to run 10km or more. Hope to do more of these runs in coming days. I am missing the cycling and swimming. Slowly I need to catch up with them as well.
