I ran 10 km after a long time. Ajit also accompanied. I had to run a 10km today. Next sunday there is an event of 10 km. I wish to run that race in 1 hr 15 mins. I think it will be a tough task ahead. If I am able to lose atleast 1 kg by then, I can then hope to do it in that target. Now my weight is 95.3 kg. We had gone to run in cubbon park. I met many familiar faces in cubbon park. Weather was quite good.
Yesterday I and Vikas decided that we both will run Mumbai Marathon 2018 . If we are able to get into the cut off of 2:45 hm in any other event we will be able to participate in Mumbai Marathon in open category Full Marathon.
I think I will take this journey a bit seriously. Because this year I need to somehow lose weight and make my timings better. Losing weight will be a good option before attempting a Marathon.
Today I ran a distance of 7 km near Sankey tank. I know it will be a tough journey. I even filmed myself during the run. Post the run I did some simple exercises and ended todays session with 10 surya namaskar.
