I did half marathon in the event Shriram Properties Bengaluru Marathon. It was not a great performance by me. But was satisfied with the attempt. My longest run after following Vegan.
My timing was 2:51. Hope to practice more and do well in next events.
I did well in first 12 km. Later i was tired. I took lot of walk breaks.
I did 11 km cycling. Felt nice touching double digit. Weight has not reduced from yesterday.

After more than a month I did a physical activity. I cycled for 6 km. I felt good. My weight right now is 98.5 kg. Its quite alarming.
A good 11km cycle and 2 km run. Running post cycling is tough.
Ran a slow paced 10 km run. I was quite hesitant to do a 10 today. But amidst all hesitancy I did it.
Met chohan and ajit.
Today is my birthday. I ran a distance of 10km and walked for 2 km. It was a good run and walk. Even did few exercises in free gym.
It was a good 10km run after a long time. I ran in sankey tank.
Enroute I met Usha and Shaila. They were doing their 15 km run.
Today was a short distance of 2 km run. But did lot of ground exercises. Did stairs workout as well.
Today also walked for 6 km.
Was not in a mood to come out for any activity as the climate was quite cold. Still managed to walk for 3 km.
